What We Help With
- Account access. Locked out, OAuth failures, can't sign in.
- Billing and subscriptions. Invoices, plan changes, refunds (subject to App Store / Play Store / our refund stance).
- AI behaviour. Bad output, wrong answers, safety concerns, jailbreaks, prompt-injection reports.

- Security disclosure. If you've found a vulnerability, please email us before public disclosure; we'll respond within two business days.
To Speed Up Your Reply
If you can include the following in your first email, it usually saves a round-trip:
- The email address on your account.
- The product (NavOrb / KnightChat / knightaiav.com).
- The platform (web / iOS / Android, browser version, OS version).
- What you expected vs. what happened.
- A timestamp or screenshot if relevant.
