Refunds

Each product has its own rules. The product's terms are the binding text; this page sums them up.

D-REC

• Pro Forever, bought on the web: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Yearly plan, bought on the web: full refund within 14 days of its latest charge, renewals included.
• Monthly plan: cancel at any time. The month already paid is not refunded.
• To get a web refund, choose Request a full refund in your account panel. The money returns to your card in five to ten business days, and the plan ends.
• Bought on iPhone or iPad: Apple handles the refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• To cancel: on the web, choose Manage in your account panel. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Talk DAT! is free. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to refund.

Omni Converter Pro

To cancel or ask for a refund, email Build@knightaiav.com from the address you bought with. We reply within two business days. Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays on until the paid period ends.

Studio projects

Refunds for client work follow the agreement for that project.
